Terms of use

Game and beta access

Le Protocole is a solo Android game by MITH Editions, Switzerland, currently in development. Beta access is by invitation through Google Play. A request does not guarantee immediate access. Content and mechanics may change; keep backups and use the available synchronisation features.

Use of content

You may browse this site and play using the features provided. Texts, images, music and other content remain the property of their rights holders; access transfers no right of reproduction or exploitation. Google services remain subject to their own terms.

Advertisements and lifetime removal

The currently distributed version serves no real ads and does not yet sell ad removal. The planned model allows at most one ad per hour after leaving the results of the 10th progression zone, never during combat. Lifetime removal will be a one-time purchase, without subscription, for Le Protocole, linked to the Google Play account used. The planned Swiss reference price is CHF 5; the local price will be displayed before confirmation.

When available, the purchase will remove in-game ads without adding cards or accelerating progression. It will be restorable with the same Google Play account; changing devices will not require another purchase. A pending payment will not be presented as a confirmed purchase. A refund or revocation may remove this entitlement. Refund requests and rights will follow Google Play rules and applicable mandatory law. No sales are open on this website.

Data, consent and support

Beta signup is optional and uses consent separate from advertising choices. See our privacy policy and Data deletion page. For help, contact info@mitheditions.ch. MITH Editions will never ask for your Google password.
