Write from the address used for the beta to info@mitheditions.ch, with the subject “Le Protocole — Suppression des données bêta”. You can request deletion of your signup and removal from the Google Play list without installing the game.
The request covers your email, signup date and consent, processing status and exports held by MITH Editions. We process the request and manual Play Console removal within 30 days. Signups are retained for at most twelve months in any case. Any legal requirement to retain correspondence will be explained.
Erase the local game
In Android settings, open Apps → Le Protocole → Storage, then clear app data. This erases local data, including progress, cards, decks and settings. The operation is irreversible. A cloud save may restore your game on a later connection.
Delete Google Play Games data
Open your Google Play Games profile, then data management. In per-game deletion, select Le Protocole. See Google’s official procedure for device-specific steps. To prevent a new sync, disconnect the game from Play Games and erase its local data too.
Game data linked to your Google profile and Google Play history have separate settings. MITH Editions cannot delete your Google account on your behalf. None of the steps described here require you to share your password.
